There have been a number of users experiencing validation failed messages recently when running Ugrib.
This has been caused by us having to tighten the free licensing scheme due to misuse by a few users. All users are automatically allocated three licenses with a 'free' account.
If you are experiencing difficulties please send an e-mail to admin@grib.us AFTER having read the following.
1 - The subject must read "Validation failed"
The body of the mesage must have either the e-mail address linked to the account or the username.
2 - Please keep the e-mails short and sweet.
3 - If you need more than three licenses please ask us in a separate e-mail with the subject "License Request"
4 - We cannot guarantee how long the account reset will take. Please don't resend the request more than once.
We will delete all current licenses allocated to the account after which there will be three licenses available.
