validation failed

i always get a "validation failed, you must be registered with the service first" I am registered and never had a problem yill 1 week ago. Reinstalled en reconfirmed my registering. No solution... Who can help? rgds Walter

I'm having the same problem, I've checked all my details etc and everything seems fine.
It was working early last week, but then failed on Fri 7th Aug and has been failing since.

Exactly the same issue. There must be a software bug at work.

Hello,

For the 3 users in this thread:

It looks like you're using/have used Ugrib on a wide variety of PC's as you ran out of licenses. We have given you some more and it should work again.

exactly same issue with me.

No other PC's used; e-mail address as validation repeatedly being asked.

Could you be so kind to solve?
