Yep not a problem,  Look at the transfer options box on the Ugrib display, click on the little square button to the right of the folder title box you will then get a window come up that has an option for creating a new folder, create youself a new folder something like C:\grib files and then click on it to put it into the transfer window box.

OK....all done.
