What I would find very useful is a method of putting in waypoints or a route of some form, so that I can track the weather at my expected position over several days.

And another vote for some kind of track / waypoints for extended route planning.

Just been using a combination of MaxSea  and Ugrib - Maxsea was inferior in almost every way - except that you could set some sort of route / waypoints.

On a multiple day trip its really useful to be able to set some sort of planned route and then see if the weather will oblige!

I too would like to vote for a way to add current position / track / route data to the display.For me this could be manually entered lat/lng data or even better via an API so I can link in my location / route from an external source.Even better would be able to estimate future position and plot that with the weather on the animation - i.e. as each future time is displayed the vessel location can be updated with a dead reckoning position!Many thanks for a great program Andy
