having the same protocol problem here in Brazil

thought it was a local problem with internet
apparently not

wonder why nobody at Ugrib reacts on this problem here in this forum ...

and we have lift off again

all working clear again

as we have some ships on their way from Europe to Brazil they will appreciate as well

Crap service loads of requests for help with protocol error

Will someone from ugrib look at this forum and see that PROTOCAL ERROR is a big issue that is being simply ignored

I just had this problem as well. I had had a 'security' virus that was removed by Malwarebytes anti-malware. The virus changed my proxy setting in IE. Go to IE, TOOLS, OPTIONS, LAN Settings. Unclick Proxy server option. That fixed my problem. It also fixed my antivirus update problem - AVIRA free version.
