ReceiveFailure or protocolError got when "Downloading GRIB File"

For almost a week now I can't Download Grib data

I Have reinstalled the program several times in several pc's and get the same  error messege.

Any ideas what can be wrong.

Any help apprechiated I feel lost without the information

Was there a solution to this issue?  I am currently experiencing it.  Is this possibly due to a firewall blocking traffic?  Any idea what port that is used for downloading the grib file?
