Connection problem - Help and advice

I have just joined but when trying to download the files I get "

"unable to contact server .. protocol error"

Can you point me in the right direction?

Yes I have the same problem, I have reinstalled both Ugrib and the >net 2.0 programs still to no avail !!!!

I am running windows XP through a wireless router if that helps.

Anyone in cyberspace that can help me please!

but i think it's because i am behind a proxy.

Is there a way to configure the proxy in UGRIB?

Since a few days the same problem here. Reinstalled the program to no avail. It worked nicely up to a week ago??
