I'm using a pc running Windows 7 to download via Mini-M satphone. All connects fine, 'file on its way' etc, then I get 'Error cutting file - error code 1001. WSE 2169 Read operation is not supported' and no GRIB files displayed.  However downloads do work ok when I use my GSM phone as a modem.  Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
