While testing different grib-file viewers i noticed that Ugrib-files are shown correct by other viewers, but also that grib-files from other sources are not shown correct or even not at all by Ugrib. I guess that there is a conflict in applying grib-file-standards of top and bottom borders of the area. I tested south/south, north/north and north/south latitudes and it was still the same.

Here some results:

 Bottom-down means that grib data is mirrored from the bottom of the area to south, where it should go to north (e.g. bottom-up).

Is there a reason or workaround?
