There's a great variety of charting programs out there that will display GRIB files and Nobeltec is one of them. It is our understanding though that it depends on which version of the Nobeltec software you have. Look at this link for instance http://www.nobeltec.com/products/prod_admiral.asp

We suggest that you contact Nobeltec directly and ask them if your particular version has the ability to display GRIB files.

Note: not all GRIB reading charting programs display GRIB files in the (graphically) same way and most  charting programs will only read a few of the variables available in the GRIB format. Most charting programs will for instance not display rain whereas Ugrib does.
